Chibi Mordin for Rama-Kay

Well, I just learned a couple of days ago that tomorrow (March 8th) is birthday! And since she's been really cool, supporting my work and just plain awesome to talk to, I wanted to give her something.

SO HAPPY BIRTH DAY! Even though it's one day earlier, I wanted to upload this now (since I don't know the time difference between Mexico and Syria). Also, I figured you might go out for your brithday all day

Now, I know for sure you like James Vega (don't know if he's your favorite character, but you do have a fic with him). I was originally planning on making drawing him for you, but who doesn't love Mordin? Who doesn't love Mordin with a starfish as a gift tribute? Who doesn't go "awwww" when Mordin sings the Krogan Queen song?

Admittedly, this is the first time I draw a chibi. And this is the first time I draw an alien too! So, needless to say, drawing a chibi alien took me forever! I placed perhaps as much effort into this chibi drawing than if I had drawn him in my regular style. But it was a good learning experience. Thank god for the Liquify took in Photoshop, which helped me skew the proportions of the head to make him more adorable.
